Welcome to Puff n' Go. By accessing our website (puffngo.co), visiting any of our retail locations, or enrolling in our Puff Pass loyalty program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our website or services. Puff n' Go may operate one or more retail locations, and these Terms apply to all current and future Puff n' Go locations unless otherwise noted.

1. Strict Age Requirement (21+)

You must be at least 21 years of age to view this website, enroll in our loyalty program, or purchase products from our physical retail location. A valid, physical, government-issued photo ID is required for all in-store purchases and reward redemptions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone unable to provide valid age verification.

2. The Puff Pass Loyalty Program

The Puff Pass is a free store credit program offered to our customers. By participating, you agree to the following:

Store Credit: Members earn 3% back as store credit on every eligible dollar spent in-store, calculated on the pretax subtotal. Credit is applied to your account automatically at the time of purchase and is available to use on your next visit. If Puff n' Go operates multiple locations, store credit earned at any location may be redeemed at any other Puff n' Go location, unless otherwise stated. Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
Promotional Rates: Puff n' Go may, at its sole discretion, offer increased earning rates on select products, categories, or during specific promotional periods. Any such promotional rate applies only to the items and timeframe specified and does not modify the standard 3% rate for all other eligible purchases. Promotional rates may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
No Expiration: Earned store credit does not expire.
Tobacco Exclusion: By store policy, Puff Pass credit cannot be earned on or redeemed for any tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, chewing tobacco, and loose tobacco.
Enrollment & ID Verification: Enrollment is completed in-store at the register using your phone number. A valid, physical, government-issued photo ID is required to enroll in the Puff Pass; our Point of Sale system scans the ID to verify your age and identity and to populate your account information. Your phone number serves as your account identifier at checkout.
Program Modification: Puff n' Go reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Puff Pass program, including altering credit rates or eligible product categories, at any time without prior notice.

3. Product Disclaimer

All products sold by Puff n' Go are intended for adult use only. The statements made regarding specific products, including supplements and extracts (such as Kratom or 7-OH), have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Use all products entirely at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

Puff n' Go shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, services, or products purchased in-store.
